FAQ's


When will I receive my replacement/exchange?

We will ship your new replacement or exchange within 5 business days of your refund being processed and approved! You will then receive a shipment email that contains your tracking information. 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed immediately but it will depend on your bank when they show up in your account. Most banks process them within 1-3 business days but it can take as long as 10 business days for some institutions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you have to pay for the return shipping fee (unless Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense)!
